- Hi Nicole, Alyson and I were just talking about you yesterday and wished that we had gotten more than one picture of you. Don't know how that happened, as you were everywhere. As you told us, our day at Las Caletas and the wedding was beyond words. It really couldn't have been more perfect. When people ask us about the wedding, all we can tell them is that it was "magical." Thank you so much for making it so beautiful for all of us. Alyson and Brian got their pictures before they left Mexico. They are wonderful and we have all been through them many times just to re-live our time there. The photographer gave them many more than was expected plus the 2 disc. She took many, many great pictures. We are all excited now to get the video and really re-live our time there. Again, Nicole, thank you soooooo much for all you did to make Alyson and Brian's wedding so perfect and making it all so easy for us to just be in Mexico and enjoy our time and not stress about ANYTHING.

- Hey Nicole, Things are starting to get back to normal, but still going through withdrawal - did not want to come back. Well, we just wanted to say thanks for everything! Everyone had a great time (most said it was the best wedding they had ever been to) and you were great. Everything was even better then we expected - the place looked awesome. We didn't get to talk much after but Lori was very appreciative of you and all the work you did on the day of the wedding - she said it was a really great day - no stress other then the fact she was going to marry me :). Anyways we just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all the work you and your staff did to make our wedding such an awesome experience, not only for us but for everyone!

The DJ, minister, flowers, food, photographer were absolutely amazing and we would not have changed a thing. - Nicole from Adventure Weddings - what can I say, She is wonderful. Her prompt replies to my many inquiries and the many casual conversation that we had really show that she cares about what she does and is willing to make sure that it is the best for her clients. The big hug that I received when we met says a lot. That personal touch is something that I look for the when dealing with a wedding coordinators and she is genuine. Adventure Weddings is definitely a professional wedding company that offers unique wedding options. They are now on the top of my list and I will highly recommend them with confidence to any of my client. A new found friendship and looking forward to many new wedding adventures in the future.

- Hi Nicole: We're missing Mexico already... although it is nice to be back home in the cool weather, but I felt like it just flew by so fast! Really, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding and wedding planner. You're like my J-Lo. ha-ha-ha! The wedding was flawless, which not too many brides can say, so thanks again!

- Hi Nicole: Thanks for making our wedding so memorable. The wedding was so perfect; you did a lovely job, as did all of the staff at Las Caletas. We just had our 200 person reception in Ontario this past weekend, which was a blast, but definitely not like our Puerto Vallarta wedding and reception. I am going to point out some of the best parts:
1) The Catamaran ride and the day on the island were relaxing and great!
2) The well-equipped Cabana and the service were totally fantastic -
especially being able to stay in touch with you by walkie talkie.
3) The ceremony was beautiful.
4) The food was incredible and the service was impeccable.
5) The DJ was superb and the Firedancer was outstanding!
6) The entire event went very well and the Catamaran ride back was the
highlight of the evening. The staff on the Catamaran was TERRIFIC!
7) We had the best wedding coordinator EVER!
We are so glad we decided to get married at Las Caletas, it was worth every cent!
