- Hi Jordan! We are back in Chicago. I just wanted to send you a quick email to tell you how much Bill and I and all of our guests appreciated all the work that you and your crew put into making our wedding a fantastic celebration. Everything was wonderful - the setting, the ceremony, the food and drinks, the cake, the staff, and Bill and I were able to have a terrific time not having to worry about a thing.
We have our photos and are so very, very pleased!! Miguel was wonderful to work with and the pictures turned out fabulous. We are looking forward to seeing the video when it is ready. I really can’t thank you enough. It was such a fun and exciting day and I am so thankful to you for coordinating it all. Enjoy your time in Mexico, It is so pretty. Bill and I can’t wait to come back next April!

- Hello, Jordan! I've been meaning to write to you ever since we got back from Puerto Vallarta. Eddy, I, and our families, just can't thank you enough for making the most sacred day in our live's so magical. It was an experience that surpassed all of our expectations, hopes, and honestly, even our dreams. Truly, Las Caletas, you and the Adventure Weddings staff, created a day for us that will not only be in our hearts forever, but will also live within our guest's hearts as well.
The ceremony itself, was beyond beautiful. Brad did an excellent job, it couldn't have been more perfect - family members were also very touched that we included the memory of relatives in the lighting of the unity candle. Your ceremonies that have been written are amazing. Gosh - it was SO MAGICAL!
And the RECEPTION! Ok, can I say - FUN, FUN, FUN! Everybody had a blast - there's just no other way to say it! The fire dancers were such and incredible addition to an already unbelievable night! The DJ was phenomenal and knew the perfect tunes to play all night long! The wait staff was just impeccable and THE FOOD! Ok, we all know that it's the food that everyone always remembers (although, with this wedding, everyone will remember so much more!) - well, it was exquisite! Absolutely, delicious! The cake was gorgeous and so yummy! I just wish I had more of it that night! Flower arrangements, decor, etc., etc. - I truly could go on and on and on! Did I say how much FUN it was?
And I feel so privileged that we were the first to use the bridal suite! I just wish we had even more time to take advantage of it! Last, but certainly not least, you did an incredible job. I'm amazed with all of the clients you have at how organized and dependable you're able to be, but I'm certainly appreciative of it! Jordan, you did a fantastic job - you truly were the one that created this dream for us. We can't thank you enough! Thank you for making our dream wedding happen! - Hi Jordan, just a short note to thank you for planning our wedding. Rogelio and I had a beautiful time. Our family and friends were so impressed with the set-up, the services, photos, etc. Roglio and I never had a 'dream wedding' per se - but if we did, this would have been it! Everything was PERFECT. From the petals on the sand, the candles, the ceremony and the food, to the beautiful cake (that was the best cake we ever had!) the flowers, etc... you really captured our essence - our manera de ser - and incorporated that into the ceremony. So, thank you for making our special day a perfect one.

- I just wanted to thank you again for everything. You all did a great job and I am completely happy with how everything turned out. It was more than I hoped for and I know we blew JoJo away. I will definitely be giving you all a good reference when I hear of anyone wanting to get married in Mexico. We're already planning on coming back next year for our anniversary. - Paul & Tamara: We want to thank you both so much for making our special day happen. We really appreciate all of the planning and coordinating you did. We really didn't realize how bad the weather had gotten while we were at Las Caletas during our vow renewal ceremony until we got back to our hotel and found that the wind had blown over a large palm tree into the pool and had destroyed the entertainment stage.
That really says a lot about how perfect you made everything, that we didn't realize what was going on around us, but were just caught up in the atmosphere that you put around us.
We have nothing but the best things to say about Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta Adventures, and Las Caletas. Thanks to you, Laura and I have some great memories of our 25th wedding anniversary and can't wait to get back to Puerto Vallarta and Las Caletas to relive some memories and hopefully make a few more.

- Jordan is a very capable, creative and easy going coordinator. Between her and Paul Fitzpatrick, we hardly had to worry about anything. Our ceremony did not take place on Las Caletas, but rather, in a church in town. Paul and Jordan went the extra mile by coordinating much of the ceremony and setting up meetings with the priest for us. This was certainly not part of their normal role and without their help, the ceremony may have never taken place.
The team at Vallarta Adventures knows what they're doing and they really take care of you. They are very easy to talk to and will answer any questions you may have, including getting a reading of the tidal cycles for you! On board, the crew entertains you and takes care of your every need. They are very responsive, outgoing and friendly and help make the trip to and from the beach a great party.
The team at Las Caletas ensure that things run so smoothly that you hardly know they're there. Jordan came up with many creative ideas for the wedding and saw to any need we had. When one of our guests was dangerously ill from a meal the day before, Jordan put his wife at ease and arranged for him to be sent back to town on a separate boat. Beyond solving our problems, she came up with some ideas that turned out to be the highlights of the night.
And the site! It is hard to do Las Caletas justice with pictures and descriptions alone. The entire site is just breathtaking. It's so beautiful that it just seems surreal. At night, the entire site is lit by torches and candles. It makes for the most romantic setting you could imagine. Even the washrooms somehow seem romantic!
The comments from our guests were priceless. It's been almost two months since our wedding and the rave reviews are still flowing in. Many of the guests have commented that it was one of the most romantic nights of their lives, and certainly the most memorable wedding.
As you can tell, we were more than satisfied with Vallarta Adventures. Anyone can get married at a resort, but if you want your wedding to be truly spectacular, I would highly recommend getting married at Las Caletas. I can't stress enough how great a wedding at Las Caletas is! In a word, the wedding was perfect!

I can say that the wedding party and guest were pleased and overwhelmed by the beautiful setting and how well your staff planned and coordinated everything. - We just got back from our honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta two days ago. We booked the swim with the dolphins and the Las Caletas excursions through you. I just wanted to let you know that both excursions were absolutely amazing!! We had such a great time and the crew with the Las Caletas trip couldn't have been better. The trip back to the marina was a blast! Thank you so much for helping make memories we'll never forget!
The Las Caletas tour was also a great tour. We enjoyed the entertainment from the crew on the boat while going to Las Caletas. We had a wonderful day snorkeling, kayaking, and relaxing on the beach. The meal was fantastic and the atmosphere and service while eating was wonderful. The crew on the boat made the return trip to the dock fun and we enjoyed the cocktails and the friendly people that made our tour very enjoyable.
Thank you very much to all of the staff at Vallarta Adventure for making our first trip to Puerto Vallarta very enjoyable. We will recommend to our friends that travel to Puerto Vallarta to contact Vallarta Adventure for a very enjoyable experience. Thank you very much.

- I just returned from my honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta and loved it!! Especially our tours with Vallarta Adventure - "Rhythms of the Night" and Sierra Madre Expedition. My husband and I were both a little hesitant, since we've both experienced 'touristy' tours. Well, we couldn't have been more happy with our experiences.
Your guides were just wonderful - very sincere, informative, and genuine. We not only highly recommend your tours, we are planning on returning to Puerto Vallarta for our anniversary. Thank you again for a wonderful time!
